MacLean Security is founded and led by a Chief Constable-commended officer with over six years of front-line policing experience, specialising in high-pressure, real-world situations. We bring extensive training in safeguarding, conflict management, and critical incident response, alongside a deep understanding of enforcement procedures involving fraud, employee theft, sexual harassment, unfit-for-duty cases, infrastructure protection, protest response, and criminal vs. civil complaints.

Our founder is formally trained in law and procedures through the College of Policing, the UK’s official body for national policing standards. This training is continually updated to reflect current legislation, legal frameworks, and best practices, ensuring our advice is always legally sound and operationally effective.
